HOW TO GET A HEALTHY LONG HAIR ! :) 

Hey girls out there :) 
I know lot of you want’s to get that long,strong and shiny hair , so yeah so many of us dream of having that (LONG HAIR ) but don’t know how to get it and most of us realize that what we put in our bodies can affect what happens to our hair, growing hair healthy and fast is very difficult process and it demands time … 
Do you want long healthy hair ? follow these steps :)

=> [ I know I said ‘healthy long ‘ so many times :p ]


1/ Follow a healthy lifestyle :

Before we get to the outside , we need to take care of the inside .
Yes , what you eat,drink and how you treat your body has an affect on your hair ; you need to eat enough fresh  fruits and vegetables , and exercise regularly for your body’s overall health.
Since your hair grows directly from your body , when you treat your body well, your skin nails and hair benefit too .
People who suffer from vitamins deficiencies and unhealthy diets can suffer from dry,brittle hair.
1* Drink plenty of water !
Ever wonder why people who pig out on junk food have bad hair ? The reason is your skin and hair both need vitamins to grow and be healthy, just like the rest of you.
2* Increase your intake of protein !
This is what your hair is built of , and if your intake of protein is limited then your body won’t give any to your hair .Protein is found in meet such as red meat or chicken and is also found in eggs.If you are a vegetarian, protein can also be found in lentils and beans.




2/ Protect your hair :

Use a swim cap when swimming
Tie your hair  in a bun
You can buy special sprays to help protect from UV damage


Minimize the use of heat styling
Minimize the use of chemical treatments on your hair ( dyeing , lightening , re_bleach  , re_lax , or re_perm )
=>these things can drastically weaken your hair
When combing hair , don’t rip through it ! this will make a terrible mess of your hair
Use a wide_tooth comb and gently work your way from the bottom of the top [detangle the last few inches then detangle a few inches higher, working your way up ]
If you wish to use a brush find one with soft bristles not short or metal ones
Put away the blow dryers and the flat irons because the heat can damage your hair try to let it air dry :)  … you don’t want to give up on using it ? try using it once every week
Don’t brush your hair when it’s wet.brush your hair with your fingers .because when hair is wet and easily causes breakage
Stay away from heat flat iron and curling iron , well it’s usually fine as long as it’s not too high.

3/ Conditioning is a must !

Prefer natural products

Try to avoid products which are high in chemicals
Cheap brands cause more damage to your hair , try to invest a little to get one with a good quality
Talk to your hair stylist about what’s the best product to your hair type
When using straighteners or curling irons it’s important to use a heat protector first to minimize the damage caused . It is best  to try and find hairstyles that you like which don’t require the use of heat. Using too many styling tools cause your hair to dry out and become damaged which will make the hair break and grows less quickly .
When you wash your hair , use a shampoo and conditioner for your hair type . If you don’t like the result , try a different product .
Concentrate on shampooing the scalp , since that’s the part that gets oily.Don’t pile your hair on your head when you shampoo it , since this can encourage it to tangle.

4/ Trim your hair :

Do it once every three months… you’re trying to grow your hair ..cut just little bit
It’s good to take off the damage before you end up with long hair that looks like straw :p
Doing it so well will make your hair appear lot healthier :) 

5/ Don’t wash your hair everyday !

Washing your hair every day strips away the natural oils in your hair which are essential for keeping your hair strong and healthy
At first it may be a difficult change to make as your hair gets greasy very quickly if you have been washing it every day , but by time it will regulates to your new routine and you’ll be able to go much longer without washing it
Massage your scalp while the shampoo/ conditioner in on your hair.

 

6/ Reduce stress

Stress can lead to hair loss as well as a decrease in the speed in which your hair grows . If you do suffer from stress then try yoga or other types of exercise to help yourself to de_stress.
Stress can have many negative effects on your appearance , such as causing you to break out and causing wrinkles
Eight hours of sleep is essential .Sleep is the main time which your body spend on growth and repair.If you don’t get enough sleep then your body won’t have enough time to concentrate on your hair growth .
If you currently relax your hair and see a lot of breakage and damage , consider stopping chemical process altogether.



GROWING YOUR HAIR IS A LONG PROCESS, BUT BY FOLLOWING THESE STEPS , YOU CAN HAVE THE LENGTH YOU DESIRE IN NO TIME ! ;)
